Cafe Escapes Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa KCups, K-Cups for Keurig Brewers, 16 pack – I ordered the Cafe Escapes Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa KCups for Keurig Brewers, and I reieved a phone call from a very nice man who then informed me that there was a problem with my order as well as other orders, because he had a pipe burst in his warehouse, and the product was now destroyed. Now you have to understand that no place else has any of these in stock, so I was pretty dissapointed, but this wonderful man had just shipped some of these to amazon for them to sell and he then ordered these for me! What can I say, but that when I answered the phone I never thought that I would get the bad news that I was told and then have this great man do everything in his power to make it right for me and I am sure so many others who were and will be affected by this whole thing.
