First id like to say that the price listed for this is ridiculous, I bought it for $22 at the vitamin shoppe. The first pre-work out i ever tried was jack3d and I loved it. Starting on my 2nd jar of jack3d I was feeling the effects less (most likely because my body got used to it) but i still get a bost when taking it. I looked up some reviews on c4 and i found nothing but good things about it. The difference between jack3d and c4 is that jack3d gives you a jittery hyper engery, and i dont mean jittery in a bad way. I had alot of good workouts with jack3d. CND Shellac Color Coat with UV3 Technology, Top Coat – Shellac is a UV light cured gel polish that lasts about two weeks. I have used OPI’s Axxium gel polish and it destroyed my nails. I now use Shellac. This top coat goes on easily and cures quickly under the UV lamp. TO HARDEN AFTER CURING, USE HIGH PROOF RUBBING ALCOHOL TO CLEAN EACH NAIL. IF YOU DON’T DO THIS THE NAIL WILL BE STICKY. One item of mention is that to remove you need to use an acetone nail “wrap” for about 20 min to get the polish to come off easily. I make my own “wraps” by soaking cotton balls with acetone, placing the ball on my nail and covering with a 4 inch square of aluminum foil. Huggies Little Movers Slip-On Diapers – I have used every diaper brand imaginable and because my son is not quite 2yrs old and leaks out of EVERYTHING, I chose to switch to Pull-Ups/Easy Ups because my son had seemed to outgrow diapers. The tabs didn’t fit around his little hips, even though he still wears and fits 24month outfits without any trouble. I felt it may just be a mis-match between my son and diaper companies, so I switched to the Pull ups thinking they are for larger kids and they fit great, except for the sag and all the extra ‘diaper’ hanging between his legs. These are more expensive, so that is a downside. They are even more expensive than Pull-Ups, which seems dumb to me. BUT, they have been a lifesaver. We are almost through 1 package and I am off to CVS or Walgreens to buy more! (they have a store coupon you can stack with a manufacturer coupon-and they are on sale!)
